wonderful stay
wonderful selection great view convenient garage spacious room
I really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a wonderful selection. the sauna had a great view of the cityscape. i found the underground garage very convenient, especially with the electric vehicle charging spots available. the room had great design and it was spacious (which i appreciate!).
the hotel lacked some expected amenities (a fridge and a kettle were missed).

closed gym steep breakfast
the gym was closed . i was offered a free drink as compensation, but a friend who checked in later did not receive the same offer. i found this inconsistent.. not very professional. breakfast seemed rather steep at €32 per person.

spacious room heated floor comfortable bed
my beautiful king room was spacious and well decorated. the bathroom featured a huge shower and underfloor heating, i loved that.. the windows and balcony added so much charm. i also found the bed huge and wonderfully comfortable.
i found the lack of a refrigerator in the room a small inconvenience.

a decent hotel experience
amazing breakfast comfy bed clean room missing fridge cold staff stained flooring
the breakfast was amazing with a great selection of items. the bed was comfy, i rested really well. rooms were spacious and clean, i felt very comfortable there.
my room was missing a fridge and a kettle, that was a bit inconvenient. the staff seemed a bit cold and unwelcoming, i expected better. wear and tear was visible in the corridors and rooms, scuffs on walls and stained flooring were common..

missing kettle thin walls
The breakfast was acceptable (though not really good). Staff ensured the area remained clean.
My room lacked basic amenities I expected. I found no kettle, irritating when I wanted a simple cup of tea in the evening. The thin walls were a major issue. I heard every footstep and conversation from neighboring rooms. This disrupted my sleep and made relaxation difficult.
